RECYCLE.
RECYCLE !!!!!!
The three Rs : Recycle , Reuse and Reduce , should be the motto of every individual in order to conserve
our meager natural resources, however, it does not happen,
in reality we see people blatantly wasting
the precious resources, such as, water, oil and timbre.
Although people claim that they recycle materials in their homes but
statistics depict contradiction .i.e. only one out of ten houses recycle waste.
To tackle this problem government must pass a law concerning recycling which
will force a sharp rise in recycling habits in homes across the country. To further
encourage this recycling campaign , some sort of bonuses, such as , reduction
in taxes can be given to people who recycle, just to boost their morale and to
appreciate their efforts.
Along with passing of laws in the parliament , government should also take a step in creating awareness
about the deteriorated environmental conditions and start campaigns spreading education
about different recycling methods. Even workshops can be set
up where a person gets a chance to learnabout recycling and reusing of waste
materials and converting them into useful things. For instance , old worn out
plastic bottles can be transformed in a beautiful decoration piece.
Furthermore, government should not only introduce different
laws but also ensure their implementation as well. This could be possible by
allocating inspectors who keep a check on the waste disposed by each house. He/she should also have the
authority to fine if he/she finds the waste which potentially could be
recycled. Moreover , to aid this process of recycling , recycle bins may also
be placed in public areas.
To recapitulate , making recycling a legal requirement
should be obligatory because without this implementation , most people will take
matter lightly and not recycle waste.
